Order Processing & Availability

• In-Stock Orders: If your order is available, it will be ready for pickup within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.

• Out-of-Stock Orders: If the item is not currently in stock, it will be ready for pickup within 7 days. You will receive an update once your order is available.

• All orders must be fully paid before pickup—no cash on delivery.

Pickup Process

• Pickups are by appointment only at our designated location.

• After payment, you will receive a confirmation message with available pickup times.

• Customers must arrive on time for their scheduled pickup. If you are running late, please notify us at least 1 hour in advance.

• If you fail to pick up your order within 48 hours of the agreed time, your order may be canceled, and a restocking fee may apply.

No Refunds or Exchanges

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds or exchanges once the hair has been picked up.

• If you receive the wrong item or there is a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately upon pickup.

A pre-order means you reserve your hair before our next restock.
Your item is guaranteed and prepared from a fresh batch of 100% human hair.

How it works

  • Place your pre-order online

  • We order your batch from our supplier

  • You’ll receive a message when your order is ready

  • Pick-up only (Montréal)

Timeline
Each product shows an estimated pick-up window (usually 7-12 to be ready)If anything changes, we notify you right away.

Payments & Cancellations
Pre-orders must be paid in full.
They can be canceled only before our supplier processes the batch.
Once your batch is in transit to us → final sale.
